1. Legal Entity Overview

The Plus platform at pluse.to and the Plus iOS application available on the Apple App Store are operated by Emmber, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

“Plus” is the consumer brand and product name under which Emmber, Inc. provides its services; “Pluse” is the company’s registered “doing business as” (d/b/a) trade name; and “Emmber, Inc.” is the registered legal entity. All three names identify the same company. References to “Plus,” “Pluse,” or “Emmber” in our policies, communications, and product surfaces refer to Emmber, Inc.

2. Incorporation & Foreign Qualification

Emmber, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware. The company is also qualified as a foreign corporation to do business in the State of Florida, where it maintains its primary operations.

Delaware is the company’s state of formation; Florida is the state in which the company conducts its day-to-day business activities. Both designations are publicly recorded with the respective Secretaries of State.

4. Trade Name & “Doing Business As”

“Plus” is the consumer-facing brand and product name under which Emmber, Inc. markets its software platform. Emmber, Inc. also operates under the registered “doing business as” (d/b/a) trade name “Pluse,” reflected in the pluse.to domain and the “Pluse.to” Apple App Store listing. Neither “Plus” nor “Pluse” is a separately incorporated entity; both identify Emmber, Inc., the underlying Delaware corporation.

All contracts, subscription agreements, billing relationships, and legal obligations associated with the Plus platform are entered into with Emmber, Inc., the underlying Delaware corporation. References to “Plus, Inc.” or “Plus, Inc., d/b/a Emmber” that may appear in older versions of our policies or communications are inaccurate; the correct legal entity has always been Emmber, Inc.

5. Trademarks

Plus™ and Lux™ are trademarks of Emmber, Inc. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names referenced on the Plus platform are the property of their respective owners.

Use of the Plus or Lux marks, logos, or related branding is subject to our trademark usage guidelines, which form part of our Terms of Service. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
